These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and its features, including weekly prompts, voting, and reason submission (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.

• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, translate (for interface display), analyze (including frequency/aggregate analysis), publish, and display your User Content in anonymized or de-identified form for operating and improving the Service.

• Do not include personal information (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers, addresses) in your reason. We may remove or refuse content at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable content.

• Post content that infringes any intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service.

• Upload malware or engage in fraud, spam, or platform manipulation.

• Misrepresent your affiliation or the origin of content.

We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

5. Information Practices

We do not sell personal data, track you across third-party sites, perform session replay or covert monitoring, or install software, browser extensions, or additional web pages on your device. 9. No Professional Advice; No Reliance

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time without liability. We may also update these Terms. The “Effective date” above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. DMCA/Report Infringement

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact syxie710@outlook.com with: (a) your contact info, (b) a description of the work, (c) the URL/location of the alleged infringement, (d) a statement of good-faith belief, and (e) a statement that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We may remove content in our discretion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
